MOU has been signed between SHSG and Tbilisi State University
Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between state Hydrographic Service of Georgia and Tblisi Ivane Javakhishvilis State university envisaging scientific, educational and technological cooperation between parties, implementation of joint projects for scientific researches, as well as development of joint activities in the fields of oceanology, hydrology and meteorology.
According to the document, the hydrographic service will supply the university with material and technical bases during the expeditions or practices, and the university will provide engagement of the hydrographic service personnel to the training programs and public lectures.
Parties will make provision of Master and bachelor degree programs and provision of different scientific and researching projects for the staff of Hydrographic Service.
The document has been signed by Director of the state Hydrographic Service of Georgia Revaz Babilua and Rector of the Ivane Javakhishvili State university Giorgi Sharvashidze.
